Our pigs roam freely in open fields and forested areas. They live out there openly where they root around in the dirt, graze on pasture and brush, and are supplemented only with some Certified Organic (GMO-free) grains. No growth-promoting chemicals, hormones, or antibiotic feed like commercial farms typically use.
Pigs raised on open pasture like this means stronger, happier, healthier animals, making their meat both tasty and healthy. If you haven’t had Pasture-Raised Pork, then you haven’t tasted true Pork.
Your order of a half or whole pig will be fully butchered, packaged, cured and made ready for eating and freezing. Each order is processed according to your custom instructions: The various pork steaks, roasts, pork chops, ham, ground pork, ribs, sausages and bratwurst, and of course, Bacon!
